"Refund took way too long"
I had to wait weeks to get my refund, which was annoying. It felt like a totally preventable delay, and I wish the process had been handled faster

The battery test came back okay, so no complaints there, but the install took way longer than I expected. I was thinking it’d be quick and then, anyway, I ended up waiting around forever.

"Not What I Expected From a Napa Store"
I stopped in to pick up an order I placed on napaonline.com, the store was in worse shape than I expected. I figured it would be easy to grab my order and maybe find a couple basic parts, but the floors were messy, the shelves seemed all over the place, and the whole place just felt neglected. It took longer than it should have to find simple items. I usually expect an auto parts store to be organized enough to get in and out, but this visit was frustrating. I probably won’t be back anytime soon.

"Pretty decent, but I’ve seen cheaper"
It’s decent overall and does what I expected, but I wouldn’t exactly call it cheap. Compared to a few similar options I’ve tried or looked at, this one feels a bit pricier for what you get. Not bad at all, just not the best deal if you’re mainly looking to save money

My card did go through eventually, but it took two tries, which was kind of annoying. Not sure if anyone else has had that happen too?

I’m not totally sure what happened, but when I was shopping, every part I needed looked like it was in stock. After I checked out, they suddenly showed as out of stock. Maybe it was a system glitch or the inventory just hadn’t updated yet, but it was frustrating

Frustrating. Support took days to get back to me, and even after waiting, I still didn’t get any real help. it felt like I was just left hanging. Disappointing.

"Not worth it if you're in a hurry"
I ordered parts from them twice, and both times the delivery ended up getting delayed without any clear update. I get that delays happen, so I tried to be patient, but I had to keep checking on the status myself instead of being kept in the loop. Maybe it’s fine if you don’t need the parts right away, but for me, I needed them sooner and figured ordering ahead would be enough. it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

"Online order mix-up and nobody seemed to own it"
I ordered a filter and a set of wiper blades from Napa online, but when the box showed up, it had the wrong filter and only one blade in it. The funny part is the receipt in the box listed exactly what I had actually ordered, so I’m not sure where it went wrong. I had to call around and then drive to a store anyway to get it sorted out, which pretty much defeats the whole point of ordering online. What made it more annoying was that it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for fixing it, the online side or the store, so I felt like I was just getting bounced around. Not a great experience.

"Inventory was wrong and the excuse didn’t help"
I ordered the part for local pickup because the site clearly showed it was in stock at my store. A little while later, I got a call saying they actually didn’t have it. When I asked about it, I basically got a “that’s just our policy/system” type of explanation, which was frustrating. I had planned my day around picking it up, so it was a real inconvenience. They really need to keep their inventory updated better instead of leaning on policy excuses after the fact.

I was really looking forward to using this, but it broke almost immediately. I had plans that depended on it working, and instead I ended up wasting time trying to deal with a broken product. Frustrating experience overall

I tried to find the right part on the site and, wow, what a fun little test of patience. Pages loaded slowly, the filters kept resetting like they had their own agenda, and the cart was acting strange for no obvious reason. After wasting enough time, I gave up and just went to the store instead. Super frustrating experience overall.

"Great fit for my old Silverado"
I ordered a brake caliper and a few filters from napaonline.com for my old Silverado, and overall I’m happy with how it went. I used the fitment checker with my year and engine size, and everything that showed up ended up being the right match. The caliper bolted on without any issues, and the filters were the correct size too, which was a relief. No weird surprises once I got into the job. I’m giving it 4 stars only because shipping took a day longer than expected, but the parts fit exactly like they were supposed to...

I ordered the parts thinking they’d show up quickly, but the shipping dragged on way longer than expected. What made it more frustrating was the lack of real updates, just those automated messages that don’t actually tell you anything helpful. I got tired of waiting and ended up buying the parts somewhere else before this order even arrived

"Pretty frustrating pickup experience"
I ordered online for in-store pickup and got the notice that it was ready, but when I got to the store, they couldn’t find it. I waited around 30 minutes and it didn’t really feel like anyone cared much. I ended up leaving without the part, which was a annoying waste of time.

"Watch out for the disappearing discount"
Just a heads up for anyone ordering, the promo looked like it was applied, but once I got to checkout, it vanished again. The discount wasn’t clear at all, and it felt really misleading. Definitely double-check your total before paying.

"I ordered a starter and paid the core..."
I ordered a starter and paid the core charge, then sent the old one back exactly like they asked. It’s been weeks now and I still haven’t gotten the refund. The store told me to call online support, and online support basically told me to keep waiting. Everyone has been polite enough, but it’s frustrating. It kind of feels like they make the refund process way more difficult than it needs to be.

"Good Product, Warranty Process Was Frustrating"
I’ve generally been happy with the product and thought having my receipts would make things straightforward. Unfortunately, when I reached out for warranty help, I kept getting bounced around and it became way more frustrating than it needed to be. That said, the item itself has been decent, and I’d feel better about the whole experience if the support process were a little smoother.

"Return Worked Out, But Wow It Felt Like Forever"
I had to return a part and, to be fair, everything did eventually get sorted out. But oh my gosh, it took way longer than I expected. I wasn’t devastated or anything, but I definitely had a mini internal meltdown waiting around for it. Not a bad experience overall, just a little annoying.
